Are there any restrictions on numbers?
Tickets are allocated to one child per ticket. Each child attended the event requires a pre-book ticket.
Do babes in arms require a ticket?
A babe in arms (up to 18 months) is welcome to join their paying siblings for free.
Photography
There may be official photography for promotional purposes. Please alert the team if you do not wish to be included. Guests will be able to take photos with their own smartphones but please be mindful not to post other children on social media without their consent.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. This is a ticket-only event and you are required to pre-purchase tickets before attending. Tickets are available from our dedicated website www.eventsattouchwood.co.uk. We occasionally may have cancellations that are available on the day. Notifications of these will be displayed by the event itself. On the day bookings must still be made online via our website.
What if the event is showing as sold out?

How will I receive my ticket?
Your ticket will be emailed to the email address provided at the time of booking. Please bring your ticket or booking reference with you on the day, either in printed or e-ticket form.
Can I cancel my ticket?
You can cancel your ticket (with a full refund) for any reason up to 4 hours before your booked session. Please note: refunds can take up to 5 working days to be received.
Can I re-schedule my booking?
You will be able to reschedule up to 4 hours before your booked session. Rescheduling cannot be guaranteed and will be based on availability.
When do I need to arrive?
Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to your session.
What if I am late for my booking?
Due to event guidelines, we will not be able to accommodate your session if you arrive late, and the next session has started. We will not be able to refund any late or missed sessions.
What happens if I feel ill and am unable to attend?
If you or any member of your group experience symptoms of Covid-19 on the day, or prior to your session, please do not attend and contact guestservices@touchwoodsolihull.co.uk
