Covid-19 safe
We are taking extra care this year to ensure that our Christmas at Touchwood experience is safe and secure. Activities have been planned in accordance with government guidelines at the time of the event. All visitors must ensure that they wear facemasks at all times, under 11 year olds are exempt from this. Children must remain under the care and supervision of an adult for the full duration of the event.
Ticket only event
Please note that this is a ticket only event, all children who wish to visit Santa are required to pre-purchase a session ticket. Please make your way to the experience location and present your booking reference or eticket to a member of Santa’s team. Advanced booking is recommended to avoid disappointment, as we have limited spaces and key dates sell out quickly.
Covid-19 Liability Waiver
You will be asked to digitally sign the Covid-19 Liability Waiver as part of the booking process. Please ensure you fully read the waiver prior to booking. READ NOW
Sold out sessions
If a session is shown as ‘Sold out’ - we are sorry, there will be no more tickets available for that time either to pre-purchase or on the day. Occasionally we may have cancelled sessions that are available as ‘on the day drop ins’, notifications of these will be displayed by the event itself.
Gifts from Santa
A gift is included for each booked ticket within the entry price when visiting Santa. No gift is given during the Grinch’s Grotto Takeover.
Grinch’s Grotto Takeover
Donate a christmas gift to the XXXXX Children’s Charity. All gifts donated should be suitable for children under 12 years of age and should not be used or damaged. Gifts donated are not refundable. During these sessions visitors will not receive a gift.
Cancellations
You are able to cancel your ticket (with a full refund) for any reason up to 4 hours before you booked session. You will receive a full refund for any cancellations due to government restrictions or if you can not make your session due to self isolation (within 4 hours of your booked session). Due to very strict event guidelines, we will not be able to accommodate your session if you arrive late, and the next session has begun. We will not be able to refund any late or missed sessions. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to be received.
